Brand FAQ: Analytics & Performance

Where can I find campaign performance data?

You can access summarised performance metrics via the Analytics Dashboard, which provides: - Total campaign count - Total views and interactions - Average engagement rate - Performance trends over time

For detailed post-level performance, go to the Content Dashboard where you can view individual content stats (views, likes, comments, etc.) per platform.

You can also refer to the insight screenshots submitted by influencers, which show official post-performance data from their social media backends.

What is the Analytics Dashboard and how can I use it?

The Analytics Dashboard provides a high-level summary of your campaign performance over time. You’ll find:

  • Total Campaigns: Number of campaigns launched
  • Total Views: Aggregated views across all published content
  • Total Interactions: Combined likes, comments, shares, and saves
  • Engagement Rate: Average interactions divided by views
  • Performance Trends Graph: View changes in daily engagement, views, and interaction trends

Use the dashboard to monitor progress, spot patterns, and identify peaks in performance over specific dates.

How can I use performance insights for future campaigns?

Performance insights can help you:

  • Identify effective platforms: Use interaction and engagement data to see which social platform delivered the best results
  • Evaluate content types: Compare posts across photo, video, story, and review to learn what resonated most with audiences
  • Assess influencer impact: Spot top-performing influencers by comparing individual stats
  • Improve future strategy: Use past trends (e.g. engagement dips or spikes) to better time, target, and refine your next campaign
  • Inform budget and goals: Adjust expectations and ROI benchmarks using actual campaign results

πŸ’‘ Tip: Filter by platform or campaign in the Content Dashboard to dig deeper into specific performance breakdowns.
