1. General Terms

1.1 Platform Functionality

ManyTags.com provides tools to facilitate collaboration between brands and influencers. We do not act as agents or intermediaries in any transaction or agreement between parties.

1.2 Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time.

2. Responsibilities & Limitations

2.1 Content Quality and Performance

ManyTags.com is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or effectiveness of any influencer content. We do not guarantee the performance or outcome of any campaign.

2.2 Brand-Creator Relationship

All arrangements between brands and influencers are entered into at their own risk. Any disputes must be resolved independently by the involved parties. ManyTags.com will not mediate or be held liable for any disagreements.

2.3 KYC and Verification

We perform basic KYC (Know Your Customer) checks for both brands and influencers. However, we are not liable for verifying the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of the provided information. We reserve the right to store submitted KYC data as part of our due diligence process.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

3.1 Content Ownership and Rights

Influencers agree that all content (including images, videos, and text) submitted as part of a campaign on ManyTags.com may be used by both the brand and ManyTags for ongoing or future commercial purposes.

3.2 Licensing Conditions

Influencers must obtain explicit permission from both the brand and ManyTags.com to reuse campaign content for personal or promotional purposes. Unauthorized reuse may result in penalties.

3.3 Use of Names and Logos

ManyTags.com may use the names and logos of registered brands and influencers in promotional materials, case studies, and marketing efforts unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

4. Role-Specific Obligations

4.1 Influencer Obligations

  • Influencers are expected to make best efforts to fulfil campaign requirements and attend any scheduled reservations.
  • Failure to complete tasks, attend appointments, or adhere to platform guidelines may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
  • By applying to hosted experience campaigns (e.g. restaurant visits or spa appointments), influencers agree to attend the reservation and create content as outlined. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

4.2 Brand Obligations

  • Brands are expected to honour any reward commitments as published in their campaigns.
  • Failure to provide rewards after campaign acceptance may result in penalties including account restriction.
  • Brands acknowledge that influencers may redeem rewards prior to completing content obligations, and ManyTags.com is not responsible for enforcement beyond providing evidence logs.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

5.1 GDPR and Local Compliance

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local laws.

5.2 Data Collection and Storage

We collect and retain necessary information, including KYC documents and content uploads, for internal use and legal compliance. We do not sell or distribute user data to third parties without consent.

6. Legal & Dispute Resolution

6.1 Limitation of Liability

ManyTags.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

6.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of ManyTags.com shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Hong Kong.
