Brand FAQ: Application Management

How to manage applications?

Go to the Campaigns Dashboard and find the campaign you want to manage. In the Progress column, click on Applications.

You’ll be able to view, review, and take action on all influencer applications from that page by clicking into each applicant’s details.

How do I review influencer applications?

In the Campaigns Dashboard, locate your campaign and click Applications in the Progress column.

You’ll be able to: - Review influencer proposals and profiles - Track application progress (e.g., reservations, submitted content, analytics) - Take actions such as approve, reject, or request changes

What should I look for in an influencer’s profile or proposal?

In the Campaigns Dashboard, locate your campaign and click Applications in the Progress column. From the Application Details page:

  • Click the influencer’s profile picture to view their full profile
  • Check the social media account links in the Application Details section
  • Review the influencer’s proposal content, which outlines their approach, ideas, or past examples

This information will help you decide if the influencer is a good fit for your campaign.

Note: All social media accounts displayed on an influencer’s profile have been verified by ManyTags to the best of our ability based on the information provided. While we conduct checks to ensure authenticity, we recommend that brands exercise their own judgment and reach out directly if further confirmation is needed.

Can I contact an influencer before approving?

Yes, you can. In the Campaigns Dashboard, locate your campaign and click Applications in the Progress column. On the Application Details page, you’ll find the influencer’s verified social media accounts. You may contact them directly via private message.

📩 Please mention that you found them through ManyTags.com for clarity and transparency.

Can I reject an application without explanation?

A short explanation is required when rejecting an application. However, it can be very simple—just a brief note to help influencers understand the reason (e.g., “not a fit for current campaign,” “limited slots,” etc.).
