Brand FAQ: Campaign Management

How to create a campaign?

To create a campaign, go to the Campaigns Dashboard and click ‘+ Create Campaign’, or use this direct link:

πŸ‘‰ Create a Campaign

Then follow the steps below:

1. Campaign Type

Select the appropriate campaign type: - Hosted Experience: Typically involves in-store visits. Influencers will book appointments and receive a reward budget to spend during their visit. - Product Seeding: Send free samples or offer online shopping credit. No visit required.

Note: Hosted experiences require enabling appointments at the bottom of the form.

2. Target Platforms

Choose one or more platforms you want to promote on: - You can select multiple platforms, but influencers must post on all selected platforms. - We recommend selecting no more than two major platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, RedNote) per campaign to increase match success. - Google Maps has no follower requirement settings.

3. Follower Requirements

Set minimum follower counts per platform if needed. The higher the requirement, the fewer influencers will qualify.

4. Budget

Set the influencer reward budget in GBP. πŸ’‘ This is not a cash payment β€” it’s an allowance that influencers will use for the experience or as shopping credit.

5. Description

Outline your campaign brief and content requirements. This is what influencers will follow when creating their posts. πŸ‘‰ See: Can I see a sample of well-written campaign requirements?

6. Start Date / End Date

This defines when: - The campaign will be visible for applications - Influencers can book reservations

❗Note: Applications submitted before the end date remain valid. But influencers cannot book new reservations after the end date.

7. Rewards

Clearly describe the reward to motivate influencers to apply. πŸ‘‰ See: Can I see an example of how to write a reward description?

8. Appointment Settings (optional)

Enable this if your campaign requires visits. It allows influencers to schedule a time slot via the booking system.

9. Final Step

  • Tick the box to agree to ManyTags’ Terms and Conditions
  • Click ‘Create Campaign’ button
  • Your campaign will be reviewed in 1–3 working days before being published

What’s the difference between hosted experience and product seeding?

Hosted Experience: - Influencers are required to make a reservation and visit your physical location to redeem the reward. - This format is typically used by restaurants, bars, beauty salons, and other in-person service venues.

Product Seeding: - No visit or reservation is needed. Influencers receive online shopping credit or free product samples delivered to them. - This is best suited for online stores or brands with e-commerce shops.

πŸ› οΈ Tip: Choose the method that best matches your brand’s setup and how you deliver your products or services.

How long does it take for my campaign to go live?

Campaigns are usually reviewed and approved within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive an email notification once your campaign is live. You can also track its status anytime via the Campaigns Dashboard.

Where can I manage my live and draft campaigns?

Head to the Campaigns Dashboard.

  • For draft campaigns, click the Edit button under the Actions column to make changes.
  • For live campaigns, edits will be reflected within seconds after saving. You can preview the latest version by clicking View in the same Actions section.

Do I need to include reservation options for hosted experience campaigns?

It’s not mandatory, but highly recommended.

Providing reservation slots makes it easier for influencers to plan their visit and ensures a smoother experience. It’s also a great opportunity to communicate any specific requirements you may have for content creation during the visit.

Can I see an example of how to write a reward description?

Yes! Below is an example of a well-crafted reward description that clearly communicates what the influencer will receive and how it ties into the brand experience:

Example:

A Taste of British Heritage with a Generous Twist

Suggested Combo: - Signature Steak Platter (Β£32) – A hearty, charcoal-grilled classic. - Wine (Β£12) – A mid-range, value-driven pour to complement the meal.

This type of reward description helps influencers understand the experience you’re offering, along with an estimated value. It’s always good to mention the product names, prices, and any standout features that make your offering unique.
