How do I review influencer content?

You can review influencer content in two ways:

Method 1: Go to the Content Dashboard, click on the content title under the Content column to view the post and its progress. Use the Actions column to view, approve, request revisions, or reject the content.

Method 2: In the Campaigns Dashboard, find the campaign and click Content Item in the Progress column. You’ll be directed to the campaign’s content page. Click the content title to review and take action via the Actions column.

What happens if I request revisions?

• The influencer will be notified and asked to revise the content based on your feedback by the deadline you set. • Once resubmitted, you’ll receive a notification to review it again. • You can request additional revisions if needed. While there’s no strict limit, we recommend allowing up to 3 rounds before considering rejection.

🚨 Note: Excessive revision requests or failure to submit acceptable content on time may affect the influencer’s ManyTags credit score, which can impact future collaborations.

📝 At the same time, unreasonable or repeated rejections without clear explanation may also be recorded by ManyTags. We aim to maintain a fair and respectful environment for both brands and influencers, and repeated issues may affect visibility or campaign approvals in the future.

What happens if I reject content?

If an influencer fails to deliver acceptable content after multiple revision attempts (we suggest allowing up to 3 times), you may reject the content.

This will negatively impact the influencer’s credit score on ManyTags, and in severe cases, we may suspend or ban the influencer from our platform.

At the same time, unreasonable or repeated rejections without clear explanation may also be recorded by ManyTags. We aim to maintain a fair and respectful environment for both brands and influencers, and repeated issues may affect visibility or campaign approvals in the future.

Can I provide feedback directly to the influencer?

We strongly recommend leaving feedback through the ManyTags platform. This ensures proper documentation in case of future disputes and helps us better support both parties.
