For Brands
You can manage reservations in two ways:
Method 1: Go to the Reservations Dashboard, find the specific reservation, and click View Details.
Method 2: In the Campaigns Dashboard, find your campaign and click Reservations in the Progress column. Then select the reservation you want to view or edit.
Influencers can either: • Apply for a campaign that already includes reservation booking, or • Apply first and then book a reservation after being approved by the brand
Once a reservation is made: • Brands will receive an email notification and can also manage it via the Campaigns Dashboard or Reservations Dashboard • Reservations must be approved by the brand to become valid • Brands can cancel reservations if necessary • Influencers can book new slots anytime during the campaign period
On the reserved date: - The influencer visits the store using their brand-authorised credit - They capture their experience through photos and videos to prepare content for social media
After the visit: - The brand must confirm the completion on the reservation detail page - Only after confirmation will the influencer begin creating content for the brand’s review
You can review, confirm, or reject bookings either through:
🛠️ Tip: Only approved reservations become valid. You can cancel or modify them at any time.
Once approved, the influencer will receive full booking details including: - Date and time of the visit - Store name and address - Number of guests - A unique reservation code for identity verification upon arrival
