When can I publish my content?

Only After Brand Approval: - Wait for “Approved” status in your Content Dashboard - Do not publish before receiving approval - Publishing unapproved content may violate campaign terms

Timing Requirements: - Check campaign deadline for publishing - Some campaigns specify optimal posting times - Consider your audience’s active hours - Coordinate with brand if multiple posts required

Before Publishing: - Ensure content matches exactly what was approved - Double-check captions and hashtags - Verify all required elements are included - Test any links or mentions

Minor Mistakes (typos, hashtags): - Edit the post if platform allows - Update the brand through ManyTags platform - Provide screenshot of corrected version

Major Mistakes (wrong content, missing elements): - Contact the brand immediately - Explain the situation honestly - Ask for guidance on next steps - May need to delete and repost

Prevention: - Review content one final time before posting - Use scheduling tools to double-check - Have someone else proofread if possible - Keep approved content easily accessible

Can I delete or edit published content?

During Campaign Period: - Check with brand before making changes - Some edits may be acceptable (minor typos) - Major changes usually require brand approval - Document any changes made

After Campaign Completion: - Generally, you can edit or delete - Check campaign terms for any restrictions - Some brands request content stay live for specific periods - Consider impact on your portfolio

Best Practice: Keep campaign content live for at least 30 days unless otherwise specified.

What if the brand wants changes after publishing?

Reasonable Requests: - Minor caption edits - Adding forgotten hashtags - Correcting tagged accounts - Adjusting privacy settings

Unreasonable Requests: - Complete content recreation - Major changes to approved content - Requests that violate platform policies

How to Handle: - Assess if the request is reasonable - Make changes if possible and appropriate - Communicate any limitations - Document all changes made

Platform Limitations: - Some platforms don’t allow editing - Video content usually can’t be modified - Consider these limitations when discussing changes
